Speed & Agility

Athletes are trained to master their acceleration, power, change of direction, and overall athleticism, while understanding how the change in technique helps with control and thus injury prevention. Speed & Agility includes: dynamic warm-ups, proper running mechanics, jumping mechanics, and sport-specific drills to make athletes faster, stronger, better.

Strength & Conditioning

This progressive training program teaches athletes proper lifting, loading, and functional movement patterns necessary to significantly decrease risk of injury while increasing sport-specific performance. The conditioning performance component incorporates traditional metabolic training systems.
