
Samantha Jones, Trainer
Hi, I’m Sam and I’m a personal trainer in the greater Denver area with a passion for healthy living and enjoying the outdoors. Growing up in the midwest and playing sports from the age of five, physical activity has been a pillar of my development. After enduring a broken leg, two total ACL repairs and various other surgeries throughout my youth, I was frustrated with my body and the inabilities I was not accustomed to having. Through my education I learned how physical activity (and inactivity) affect us on a physiological level that we can’t always see or understand on the outside.
Now, with 10 years of experience in personal and group training, I combine my experience and education to help others better understand and affect change in their own physiology and health.
When I’m not bouncing around the city training, you can find me at the park or in the mountains with my four-legged sidekick, Goose.
The chaos of life is inevitable, but our health is always essential.
